This policy explains how VIREÓN SpA handles data for the Valder game, its website and alpha support channels.
Operator and contact
Valder is operated by VIREÓN SpA, Chile. For privacy questions, access or deletion requests, email [email protected]. Do not post private information in the tester group.
Data we process and why
- Account: email, user identifier and authentication data. Firebase Authentication supports registration, verification, sign-in and recovery. The current alpha uses email sign-in.
- Game and saves: characters, chosen name, class, biome, level, inventory, quests, battles, currency and progress. Data is stored on the device and in Firebase services to provide and synchronize the game.
- Economy and purchases: products, orders, purchase tokens, transaction status, quantities, purchased content, balances and refund adjustments. Google Play processes payments; the server receives transaction data to deliver purchases, prevent duplicate credits and manage refunds.
- Arena: character name, appearance, level, statistics, equipment, skills, ranking and results. Other authenticated players may view arena profile information. Avoid using personal information in a character name.
- Usage and diagnostics: startup, screen, combat, level and purchase events; installation identifiers; crash reports; and technical device and application data. These help us detect issues, understand usage and improve Valder.
- Support: your email, question and information you choose to provide. We request only what is needed to investigate and verify ownership where necessary.
Service providers
We use Google/Firebase for authentication, storage, game functions, analytics, crash reporting and remote configuration; Google Play for distribution and payments; and Unity for the game engine and purchase integration. Project settings also include Unity analytics services. Providers may process identifiers and technical data according to their services and terms.
This website is published through Cloudflare Pages. Providers may process connection information such as IP addresses, requests and security logs. We do not add advertising scripts or visitor analytics tools to these pages. Group and Google Play links lead to external services with their own policies.
Messages sent to [email protected] are forwarded to the team’s private support mailbox using Cloudflare Email Routing and Gmail. Google Groups hosts the tester community; conversations are visible to members. Your messages and group profile are also subject to Google Groups settings.
Retention
Account and progress data are retained to maintain the service and currently have no general automatic expiry. Limited purchase records may remain necessary for reconciliation, refunds and duplicate prevention. Support records are retained to handle and document cases.
When handling deletion requests, we review the scope, systems involved and records that must be retained, and explain the reason. Service providers also apply their own retention periods and security measures.
Your data choices
You may ask about or request deletion of your account and associated data through the private contact. Read how to request deletion. We verify ownership before making changes affecting your account.
The game may retain local copies on your devices. Signing out or deleting a character does not delete the entire account. Google Groups and Google Play participation are managed separately.
Security
Private data access is restricted by user and server functions, and service communications use encrypted connections. No system can eliminate all risks of data loss, unauthorized access or failures.
Updates and external services
We will update this page when the game or website’s data practices change. The date shown identifies the policy version.
